Shipping Information

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: €12.95
  • Tracking: Included with all standard shipments

2. Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Cost: Free for orders over €50
  • Tracking: Available for most destinations

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Window: You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation email.
  4. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to our returns address:

  6. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Chaussettes (Socks)
  • Bonnets (Hats)
  • Gants (Gloves)
  • Items that show signs of wear or have been washed
  • Items without original tags attached

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges for most items. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process above.
  2. Clearly indicate on your return form that you would like an exchange and specify the desired size.
  3. If the new size is available, we will ship it to you once we receive your return.
  4. If the new size is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
